Work Programme Horizon Europe

The current work programme for Horizon Europe was published in April 2024. Equipped with a total budget of 95,5 billion euros for the years 2021-2027, it is the largest public research and innovation funding programme in the world. The new work programme offers both open-theme and thematic funding lines for all scientific disciplines. The call topics cover a broad thematic spectrum and range from basic research to market launch activities.

          In the current Research Framework Programme, the European Commission has launched various types of awards. The "Prizes" are designed to stimulate innovation in specific research areas. In addition, other prizes are also awarded, e.g. in recognition of special achievements.
