Veranstaltung zur Antragstellung in Horizon Europe, March 13, 2025
Dieser Workshop richtet sich an alle, die sich für EU-Förderungen interessieren und darüber nachdenken, ein Forschungsprojekt zu beantragen. Die MitarbeiterInnen der Forschungsförderungsberatung der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg geben wichtige Tipps zur Antragstellung am Beispiel des Antragsformulars für Horizon Europe Projekte.
Sie werden das Antragsformular durchgehen und Hinweise aus langjähriger Erfahrung einbringen. Die Teilnehmenden haben auch die Möglichkeit, erste Teile des Antrags selbst zu formulieren. Bitte bringen Sie dazu einen Laptop oder ein Tablet mit.
Der Workshop findet auf Deutsch und in Präsenz (OvGu) stattfinden.

Individual Funding Programmes for established researchers on March 17,2025
The two-hour information event will focus on the one hand on the EU funding line ERC Advanced Grants (AdG) and on the other hand on the DFG funding line Heisenberg Programme. The ERC supports ground-breaking project ideas from outstanding scientists in all fields of research. The only evaluation criterion is the scientific excellence of the submitted research project and the applicant.
The Heisenberg Programme offers researchers who are already eligible for a professorship the opportunity to prepare for a professorship and at the same time to further sharpen their outstanding research profile through their own projects.
Target group: established, leading principal investigators

Diese Veranstaltungsreihe bietet eine großartige Gelegenheit Wissen und Kompetenzen zum EU-Förderprogramm HORIZON Europe zu vermitteln. Ziel ist es, die Chancen zu verbessern, EU-Drittmittel für Ihre Forschung zu erhalten und Bausteine für die Antragstellung aufzuzeigen. Der Teil A, der am 27.03.2025 in Gebäude 80, R 107 stattfinden wird, konzentriert sich auf Ausschreibungen der EU-Forschungsförderung in HORIZON Europe.

Individual national and European funding programmes for the early Postdoc phase on March 31, 2025
In the 2-hour information session you will learn about the funding opportunities for young Postdocs within the EU framework programme Horizon Europe, namely the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships for research projects abroad.
Furthermore, we provide you with an overview of the DFG's individual funding opportunities specifically for the early Postdoc phase, where the young Postdocs try to get independent from their PhD supervisor. The funding conditions of the Walter Benjamin Program as well as the Research Grant with the module „Own position“ will be presented.

EU funding for Doctoral Networks of MSCA on May 13, 2025
During the 1,5-hour information session you will get an overview of the funding line Doctoral Networks (DN) of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) within Horizon Europe. Doctoral Networks are networks of European institutions with the purpose of training doctoral researchers in a structured manner to increase their competences in an international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral research and training programme.

Individual national and European funding programmes for more experienced postdocs on July 28, 2025
The 2-hour information session provides an overview of the ERC Starting (StG) and Consolidator Grants (CoG) as well as the DFG funding line Emmy Noether Programme.
The ERC supports ground-breaking project ideas from excellent scientists in all fields of research. Scientific excellence, both with regards to the research project idea and the researchers themselves, is the sole evaluation criterion for funding. The Emmy Noether Programme offers young researchers the opportunity to work on their own research topic by leading an independent junior research group and to qualify for the post of professor at a university.
Target group: Postdoctoral researchers in the consolidating phase of their career

The online event will provide an overview of the “New European Bauhaus” funding program and the application process.

Information on the grants for projects to implement the European Commission's “New European Bauhaus” (NEB) initiative.
The aim of the program is to increase the attractiveness of the Central German region with the participation of the population. Thanks to new approaches and solutions in the areas of building, living and working, grants under the “New European Bauhaus” initiative are helping to shape a sustainable, functional, affordable and aesthetic future with and for the people of the region. The findings of the model projects can be transferred to other circumstances and locations. The projects build a bridge between science, technology, art and culture in order to meet the complex challenges in the district's cultural development process.
